This shirt has 4 clear buttons that attach a patch that has a special applique on it.  The name is monogrammed underneath in a thread color chosen by you.  This system allows you to switch out different appliques to create a whole new outfit!  Also, when your child outgrows the shirt, you keep the applique patches and just get a new shirt.
