How to List an Item

Every child looks adorable in monogrammed clothes!!! However, the cost of these clothes are not adorable!  More than likely they wear them for pictures and then never again.  What do you do with them when your child has outgrown the outfit?   Now, you can sell it to someone else that has a child with the same name.  You may also find another adorable outfit at SAMEmonogram.com for your next occasion!!!

Listing

Are you ready to start selling?   Listing your item is FREE!  All listing information can be sent to same@samemonogram.com and the email should include:

1.  A picture

2.  Price

3.  Size

4.  Description 

5.  Best way to notify you that your item has been sold.   

You must submit a recent picture of the item or or SAME cannot post it.  Determine a fair price.  All shipping costs are a flat fee of $3.00 for the first item so please keep that in mind when determining the price.  If you feel you need more to ship your item, then add it to the price of your item.   Once your item sales, you will be notified.  The sellers shipping address will be sent to you.

Payment

Once your item sells, the buyer will pay with personal check or through their PayPal account.  SAME will then pay you for your sale minus a 20% fee from the price (this does not include the $3.00 for shipping.)  You, the seller, profit 80% on the total.  SAME will pay your PayPal account.  Profit payments are sent out on the 1st and the 15th of the month.  If your item sold on during the 1st through the 15th, you will be paid on the 1st of the FOLLOWING month.  If your item sold during the 16th through the 30th of the month, then you will be paid on the 15th of the FOLLOWING month.  We delay this to insure that the buyers get their items before a seller gets paid.  If the buyer paid with check, then the shipping will be delayed until the check clears and then the seller may have a slight delay in their payment.  

Shipment

The SELLER is RESPONSIBLE to mail the sold item to the buyer within 5 business days of being notified that it has been sold!  If an item is not received you WILL NOT get paid.  It is advised that you get shipping delivery confirmation and/or insurance.  If an item gets lost, then you can use your insurance to get paid back for it since you will not receive payment from SAME and the Buyer will be refunded their payment.

Purchasing

Searching the site is free.  Just click on the item you wish to buy and add to your cart.  You can pay with Paypal.   

Once SAME receives payment, they will notify the seller that the item they listed has sold.   At checkout, you will be asked for a shipping address.  This address will be sent to the seller.  The buyer's name and address is the only information shared with the seller.   The seller should mail your package within 5 business days. 

If you have a concern with a purchase, please let SAME know ASAP.  Items should be received within 2 weeks depending on payment.  If you are not pleased with your order, please contact SAME so we can contact the seller and rectify the situation.
